ICT Security
In today’s age of rapidly advancing technology, every company is moving towards complete digitisation of processes. From storage to communication, we are turning to online for every detail. This is why it is very important for companies to safeguard their data, thus, making ICT Security of utmost importance to your organisation.
Security Network (SECNET)
Security Network (SECNET): SECNET is a network security system that connects a main security office (MSO) to a number of offices that have to be protected. The main link between the MSO and the offices is based on ISDN. ISDN lines installed in each of the offices and the MSO perform normal everyday communication. They can also be used to link together all the offices, including the MSO under security control
Secure Sockets Layer (SSL)
Secure Sockets Layer (SSL): SSL is a networking protocol designed for securing connections between web clients and web servers over an insecure network, such as the internet. SSL provides a secure channel between two machines or devices operating over the internet or an internal network. SSL turns a website’s address from HTTP to HTTPS, the ‘S’ standing for ‘secure’.
Transport Layer Security (TLS)
Transport Layer Security (TLS): TLS is a cryptographic protocol that provides end-to-end communications security over networks and is widely used for internet communications and online transactions. It enables privacy, integrity and protection for the data that’s transmitted between different nodes on the Internet.
